Pantelis holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Cyprus. He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and he is a holder of the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT Qualification) which is awarded by the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He is also a Certified Trainer of Vocational Training by the HRDA.
Work Experience
Pantelis has over 20 years of experience in Cyprus Taxation, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing and EU VAT, with a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations. He has worked with international clients from various industries, including shipping, manufacturing, retails, software, and financial services, helping them transform their tax and VAT strategies. He is keen at identifying planning opportunities and providing tailored advice to clients on complex tax/VAT issues. Pantelis has a strong track record of successfully resolving tax disputes with tax authorities, providing expert opinions, and representing clients in tax audits.
Teaching Experience
Pantelis is an accomplished and well experienced lecturer for the tax papers of ACCA and ACA with more than 10 years of teaching experience. He has also conducted numerous tax training seminars with emphasis on international taxation, transfer pricing, tax planning and VAT. He was an ACCA tax examiner and currently he is an examiner for a renowned Global Tax Professional Body.

Adela Şova is specialized in Financial Reporting, Audit and Assurance and Business Strategy, delivering classes for various international professional qualifications. Ms. Olivia Parpa
Olivia Parpa has studied Law at Bristol University and then trained to qualify as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA). She obtained her practical experience at Langley & Partners in London and then started off her career as a CFO in a private company. She currently the Managing Director of a large financial institution in Cyprus, having also performed the role of the Compliance Officer as of 2009. Her current duties include overseeing the Compliance and Risk function of the financial institution and the application of the money laundering and corporate governance regulations.
Olivia is a long-standing associate of Globaltraining, having delivered lectures for many professional structured courses and seminars. Seminar topics that she has delivered in the past include the role of the Compliance Unit, the Money Laundering Unit and the Risk Unit as well as the application of the Corporate Governance rules of the Cyprus Stock Exchange. ACA courses delivered by Olivia for Globaltraining include Business & Finance, Business Strategy, Law and Case Study. Thanos is a Corporate Lawyer and AML compliance Officer and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. He graduated from the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace and completed his studies in the United Kingdom obtaining an LLM in Corporate Law and Finance.He is also a Certified Anti- money Laundering Compliance officer by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) as he is a holder of CySEC AML Certification ,and a Nominated Advisor (NOMAD) for the Emerging Companies Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.Currently, he is at the procedure of his appointment as a Professional Member of the International Compliance Association and he is completing his studies for the ICA International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering – Int.Dip(AML).
Work Experience
His specialization is in the areas of Corporate and Business Law , Contract Law and Anti- money Laundering Compliance issues and he has participated in a number of prestigious projects in his areas of his expertise both in Cyprus and abroad. He has also been invited to present topics by the Cyprus Bar Association and the European Law firm representing Cyprus in global conferences.
Teaching Experience

Marinella has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting and Tax from the University of Houston in Texas and she is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She has won the worldwide Prize Winner of P7 (Advanced Audit and Assurance) in June 2014, has jointly won First Place in Cyprus for P2 (Corporate Reporting Dec 2013) jointly Eighth Place in the World, and has been 1st Top Affiliate ACCA December 2014.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Marinella has been working in the industry and the profession for 15 years before joining Globaltraining. She has started teaching since 2015 and is now a full time lecturer specialising in AAA, AA, TX CY variant paper.

Panos worked in the profession for six years and as a Financial Reporting Manager for a large commercial organization in Cyprus for two years. He then joined Globaltraining where he is now a Principal Lecturer.
