University of Nicosia (UNIC)
Affiliation with the Largest University in Cyprus
We are an affiliate organisation of the University of Nicosia, the largest private university of Cyprus and the southern Mediterranean. We are the professional training arm of the university and work alongside its faculty and administration team. Our Nicosia centre and head office is located inside the University’s main campus, enabling access to a wide range of facilities and recreational spaces.

Avraam Hadjihannas
He is currently the Deputy CEO of Globaltraining in charge of the Corporate Affairs Division. He is on the faculty list of Globaltraining since 1992 (ACCA, ACA, CAT, AAT, CIB, Seminars), specializing in Management and Strategy.

Odysseas Tavros
Odysseus holds a BSc in Economics and Accounting from the University of Hull. He commenced his training with the City Firm- Ball Baker Leake in London later taken over by Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF), where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. On his return to Cyprus, he remained in the profession for another 4 years – both with KPMG and PwC as a manager. He then spent a year managing a hotel in his hometown, before joining the Professional Studies department of Globaltraining.
Odysseas has over 20 years of teaching experience, with a particular interest in Taxation, Finance and Management related topics (for ACCA and ACA). His commitment, enthusiasm and excellent communications skills distinguished him as one of the most admired and inspiring lecturers and a favorite among students. He is renowned for his unique method of delivery and for helping students achieve excellent results.
In 2007, he became a Director of Globaltraining and is currently a Deputy CEO. He is also in charge of the Limassol Centre.
In 2021, Odysseus was elected as Council Member for the ICAEW for the Cyprus constituency.
George Lampertides

George Lampertides
George has a BA in Business Administration from Budapest University of Economic Sciences, Hungary. He holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Cyprus and he is an ACCA member. He worked in audit and banking both in Greece and Cyprus and joined Globaltraining in 2008 as principal lecturer for professional qualifications (ACA, ACC, ASS, BFT, AA), tutoring on accounting/auditing seminars, in-house training and CPDs. In 2018, he became a Director at Globaltraining, responsible for the Greek Centre, based in Athens.
