Through the completion of the Advanced Excel course the participants will be able to use the spreadsheet application to produce what are deemed to be advanced spreadsheet outputs.
The participants shall be able to:
- Create, edit, format and work with: Tables, Charts, Pivot tables and Pivot charts.
- Use functions associated with logical, statistical, financial, mathematical, date/time, lookup, database and text categories.
- Explore various outcomes or solve complex problems without having to enter multiple versions of formulas.
- Collaborate on and review spreadsheets.
Accountants and auditors that need to enhance their knowledge of Excel and thus the quality and efficiency of their analytical and presentation skills.
Financial analysts, managers and other senior staff in accounting departments that need to be able to develop and improve on their use of excel for required analysis and report presentation.
Junior accountants that wish to develop their knowledge in excel and thus add value to their contribution in their working environment
